BUYER BEWARE! In October I reserved a bus for a trip to be taken to Miami, Fla in Feb. 2018. After paying the deposit of $300 (out of my pockets) I was told from several very close family members (that travels quit a bit) that a trip they had taken to Ohio this summer was a disaster! The bus was an hour late picking them up, A.C. broke and the bus wouldn't start at a point-in-time while in Ohio. I called towards the end of Oct. to get my money back and the owner was very rude even after I stated "Sir you don't have to be rude to me b/c I'm not being rude to you." The contract does state that the deposit is nonrefundable but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask and thought that I might have even gotten a portion of my refund back. I would have been more acceptable of not getting my refund back if the owner wouldn't have been so rude. True definition of why black folks don't support each other's businesses.

We ordered 3 56 passenger busses for a field trip to Chareston. One the busses that showed up was a 47 passenger bus. Thank goodness a student didn't show up because we would not have a seat for him. The bus has no air conditioning. The trip was fabulous except for the trip there and back. Do not trust this company for your next field trip.
